The Woodstock PTA is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all event guests. By participating in an event, guests agree to honor this Code of Conduct.
- Students, including middle school students, must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when an event is on school grounds.
- Be respectful of the building, guests, and our volunteers.
- Running and horseplay are prohibited.
- Safety violations will not be tolerated.
- Profanity, obscene gestures, and/or offensive behavior are not permitted.
- Line jumping/holding places in line is not allowed.
- The Woodstock PTA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Pets/Animals are not allowed inside, with the exception of service animals.
- Bicycles, scooters, or any other recreational mobility devices are not allowed inside the building.
- No glass containers or alcoholic beverages permitted.
- Smoking is prohibited, including e-cigarettes and vapor pens.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed.
- Adults not accompanying children may be asked to leave.
- Costumes deemed to be cultural appropriation are not allowed. Culture appropriation is the unacknowledged or inappropriate adoption of the customs, practices, ideas, etc. of one people or society by members of another, and typically more dominant, people or society.
- Full face costume masks and weapons of any kind are not allowed.
The Woodstock PTA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is not in compliance with these rules.
