
The Woodstock PTA is excited to announce a call for funding proposals for projects to benefit our school community.

We invite the Woodstock Elementary community parents, students, caregivers, teachers, staff, and committees to submit ideas. If you’ve been walking around school and thought “It would be nice to do … for the students” or “the school would benefit from …” now is your chance to see that idea come to life. The annual call for funding proposals is where money the PTA raises directly impacts the community.
With $5,000 available, we aim to support impactful projects that align with our mission and benefit the Woodstock community. If awarded funds, your project must be complete and paid for before the start of the 2026–27 school year. Please keep this in mind when submitting your proposal. We will not be able to support projects that occur after this timeframe.
How to Submit
Submit your proposal online with a project description and estimated costs (based on research to ensure accuracy).
Proposals will be reviewed by the Proposal Review Committee, which will assess economic feasibility and make recommendations to the PTA membership for discussion and voting.
Important Dates
- Tuesday, February 17, 2026: All funding proposals due by 11:59 pm.
- February 18–22, 2026: Funding Proposal Review Committee will review proposals and make recommendations to the PTA membership based on economic feasibility.
- Monday, February 23, 2026: PTA General Meeting at 7 pm (in-person and on Zoom). The committee shares recommendations, and PTA membership votes on which projects to fund.
All proposals are due by Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
